May 13, 2017Custom 2007 Giant Reign X (Med) w/ Rockshox Totem Coil
$475 GBPFor sale is my Giant Reign X. I have listed the spec below.
It is a fantastic bike and I am selling it for several reasons:
1) I'm going abroad for a year.
2) Any riding I do these days doesn’t justify the capabilities of the bike!
3) It is a little small for me (I am 6’1/185cm)
The general condition of the bike is really good:
- plenty of tread in the tyres
- very minimal wear in bar grips
- wheels running smoothly (there are scratches and a couple of small dings)
- brake pads have plenty of life (back pads could do with some adjustment to reduce rubbing on disc)
- no loose bearings on the bike
Photos show examples of typical cable wear/other scuffs on the bike.
Bike Spec:
Frame
2007 Giant Reign X frame (Medium)
(6.7 inches Maestro Floating Pivot rear suspension)
Fox DHX 3 rear shock (Spring is 550x2.35)
Forks
Rockshox Totem Coil forks (2step air exterior body from a service, coil internals and functions)
Wheelset
Mavic EX729 Rims laced onto Black Hope Pro2 hubs
Maxxis Minion DH Front Tyre, 26x2.5 MaxxPro DH 2ply insert
Maxxis Highroller Rear Tyre 26x2.35 MaxxPro DH 2ply insert
Brakes
Hope Moto V2 Disc Brakes w/203mm floating disc rotors- braided hoses
Cockpit
FSA Headset
Sunline Vone Stem 50mm
Spank 777mm Spike Handlebar, Black
Pro Atherton Grips
Thomson Seatpost Elite (Giant seat clamp)
Deity seatpost
Drivetrain
Shimano XTR Shifter and Rear Mech, old style
Shimano Saint Crankset
Raceface Diabolous Bashguard & Chainguide
9 speed cassette & chain (PC951)
Please note the forks are not Totem 2 step air. They are Totem Coils. A few years ago there were issues with my forks and Rockshox have replaced the stanchions and other exterior parts with the body of a 2 step air. The internals and operation are as you’d expect from the Totem Coil.
If you have any questions please message me.
