scott-townes you sound guilty bro care to explain? We're discussing his facial expressions, not his physical looks. And I personally dont have a problem discussing another mans physical features.
I think one would have a difficult time understanding style and how to conduct ones self in public without having a case study eg observing another successful man/pro athlete/celebrity/someone of a stature you'd like to attain one day.
honestly though, this is the FIRST full length MTB film I have genuinely been excited to watch since the NWD series...and that's before they just became DJ videos. back when there were north shore trails...and skinnies! and of course Krankded...AND JIB!
And apparently the fanboys get insulted and defensive when you point out their odd behavior, haha. Call it what you want "looks" or "facial expressions", it doesn't matter. At the end of the day you're staring at a dude you don't know while having a discussion about how he's feeling or what he's thinking... that's downright weird behavior, fellas.
@dfiler Brandon can do or feel whatever he wants as a person in his home or in his regular life , but in that 70 SECONDS with the media, as employee on a mission (TO PROMOTE HIS BIG BIG BUCKS OWN PROYECT) he could gift to all HIS FANS (I included myself) just a 70 SECONDS smiley time, ISN'T SO HARD REALLY?. Plus I am very sure that all his big buck sponsors wish that he could little extra smile JUST on the cameras to improve embassador image . People deal with the stress in diferent ways but as public image athlete looks unprofesional has that d)ck face on an interview. With someone so brilliant, methodic and hard working as Brandon is hard to belive that left that big oportunity area on his career without improve. Beside the d/ck face I'm very thrill to watch the radcompany
ahh completely unrelated, but if you arn't secure enough in your own hetrosexuality to call someone of the same sex handsome or think that he/she is good looking...then you've got some maturing to do haa
If you feel what I wrote is an attempt to insult you or that I'm insecure because I think gossiping about a guy I don't know is weird, then that's even more weird than actually gossiping about an "omg pro!" you're staring at from a distance. I've been "star" struck by the heroes I grew up with also, I get that part, you can't help it, but staring at them or analyzing video clips to discern their "facial expressions" or how they're feeling... that's some strange obsessive shit.
Nah man youre the one who brought up "apparently the fanboys get insulted", not me.
And i dont know how well your brain functions, but mine is well enough that ive had enough passing glances at semenuk through various sources of media to notice he constantly has the same look.
Like i said, im not sure if your brain functions at a high enough level to just notice things or if you actually have to "stare" and "analyze" things to come to the same conclusion as your average human, but from the comments you have made you should probably leave pinkbike and go to this link: m.wikihow.com/Sharpen-Your-Powers-of-Observation
It's a movie premier. His movie. Excitement. RedBull. Tippie's got the mike. Girls. Party. Aggy seems lit. Everyone showing happy emotion. Him...not so much. His demeanor doesn't seem to suggest the same as the others. It doesn't necessarily reflect his attitude but it is all people are observing because it is in such contrast. Just an observation on social behavior. How it got to a conclusion or suggestion of obsessive observation is pretty strange. We saw minutes of a probably long day. People do get tired..
after God scattered fake fossils of dinosaurs that never existed so that he could test our faith, he blew the breath of life into the wheels and invented the 29er. Read the bible, it's right there
Not sure if your joking or serious webbe........but Tippie is the older guy-doing all the interviewing and commentary--and the joke was "Tippie got carried away" in reference to the last scene at 8:30
Meh. The film was too much of groomed trails, not much loose trails. But thats just my opinion, i like loose not so much park riding. Stevie Smith was best! Dirt! Howenver the format of a film is great. Webedits are okay but movies are nicer. big up!
for sure, but they were meaning 1st helmet cams for MTB. Cool trivia fact - Greg Stump, who produced the Blizzard of Ahhs also made the movie Tippie, Schley and Begin were talking about that they filme/starred in, in 95, Pulp Traction. Small extreme sports world eh?
here's the link - www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2UmKGD1FhI although it says 1999, when it was actually '95. Stumpy didn't do any more MTB movies after this, Christian who filmed it went on and did Kranked 1 - 3 with Brett, Richie and added Simmons etc. to the mix. Enjoy! MTB history right there.
