2016 French Enduro Series: Round One, Raon l’Etape - Practice Day
@HARv379: lol. Look back on the history of the motorbike: it was and always will be, simply a motorized bicycle. Don't split hairs with e-bikes. it's just a moped with a battery+electric motor instead of an internal combustion engine.

Do You Replace Your Helmet After an Impact? - Pinkbike Poll
currently, there's no helmet on the market used by every day MTBers (and roadies), that can prevent a concussion. In fact,i'd bet the fancypants EPS liner is still compressible (ie helmet still fully functional), even after your brain is turned into a smoothie. Unwittingly, I think we've all drunk the kool-aid when it comes to helmets, that is, we've purchased it as a hedge against literally cracking our skulls. Meanwhile, The Real Problem is concussion, a bona fide brain injury that often occurs without any skull cracking. Unfortunately, this insidiously dangerous injury has been romanticized to the point the real danger it poses, is dismissed as a benign "thing that just happens". One more battle scar and chick magnet.

Introducing the Aircraft Full Face Helmet From 100%
pure marketeering BS. why can't they avoid this kind of obvious stupidity in their marketing. The product is 100% without it! :P

EWS Video: The Savage Beauty That Leads To The Sea - Finale Track Ride
love the vids, but please consider using a gimbal next time? While bouncing vid can be used to indicate how rough things are, it's pretty horrible viewing material.

1 Question - What Would You Like to See as the Future of Practice for Enduro Racing?
there's been maturity in the perspective on the practice aspect of enduro, except maybe in some of the comments here. Blindly requesting blind riding without acknowledgement that it's literally practically impossible, is head-shaking material. The compromise of banning the top few riders (say top 10 for arguments sake) one month prior to the event, at the risk of being DSQ'd sounds reasonable. Those outside the top 10 or top 20 are not there because they lack track knowledge, so the advantage they have by not being banned wont materially change the outcome, or so I believe. A one month no-ride period (NRP) should also be sufficient time to cut new trails. So those who fall outside the NRP requirement still wont have a massive advantage. Instead of getting stuck in word games with the internet, i hope EWS puts it to the test in the field.
