Steeze In Schladming - Video

Sadly the season out here in Austria has come to an end. The first snow has hit the mountains and for the next few months, the lifts will remain motionless in the limbo period that separates the summer and winter seasons.


A few weeks before the lifts shut we got out on the mountain with Dirt Love associated rider, Alex Kurz and his pal Kevin Frisch, to enjoy the pleasant autumnal weather and throw down some steezy whips.

BIO - ALEX

Yo, I'm Alex Kurz, I am a 21-year-old mountain and dirt bike rider from a small village near Graz, Austria which is populated more so with cows and tractors rather than people.

I started racing XC bikes at the age of 12, since then the wheels keep spinning. At the age of 16 I got my first downhill bike and from this moment on I was hooked! I started racing and in my first year came 2nd at the Austrian Nationals. From then on I continued to race for four years until I did my first video project. Racing got a bit boring for me and I spent so much money on it, so I decided to pursue riding more for film projects which I really enjoy. Yeah it's hard and long to spend the whole day carrying your bike up to get the perfect shot, but when you get it, it's a similar buzz to shaving some time of your race run, it's worth it.

Love goes out to every single one of them for supporting me in the things I love most. I am the happiest when I'm out riding in the woods on my home trails with some good music in my ears or just shredding some bike park laps. Riding is my passion, I also love to spend some time on my moto. To everyone out there who rides downhill, I totally recommend you try riding some Moto. Such a good time when you are on the track rippin' up some prime dirt and throwing some whips, 4th gear pinned. Moto's really got me hooked.
