Lol you lot are so easy to wind up. I've been joking all along but it has really made me laugh how passionate people are aboutwhat they believe in . Anyway I would happily put these carbon bars on my bike but only because they are Renthal. I am fully aware that Renthal have tested "other" manufacturers carbon bars and they didn't pass their standards so these are probably the strongest bar out there.

Failed to answer the question? Can you not read? Stop believing carbon is a wonder material because it isn't. If a bike had carbon bars, carbon cranks and carbon rims I would not ride it. Your choice of you would.

Enve Carbon Wheels, XO DH carbon cranks, SixC carbon cranks to name a few big names that have had "problems" with failure over last 12/18 months. These bars are made of the same sh*t. Good luck with them.

Spank Oozy Trail295 Bead Bite Wheelset - Review
So nice to see a great set of aluminium wheels at a great price and with great performance. Honestly you have to wonder who needs carbon?? Why down spend £2000 on a set of carbon wheels when you can have these that will probably last a lot longer.

kdstones I'm not interested in watching tests like this they are only done to sell you the product. It's a total sales tool. Santa Cruz were never going to show you a video of their carbon frames been out performed by Ali ones were they?? Come on!!

I've had plenty of experience with carbon. And witnessed many incidents. So don't patronise me. If I want to avoid the stuff that my decision. I had an argument with Race Face on here about their SixC carbon cranks. Race face were saying they were "stronger, lighter, stiffer, better, good enough for DH" than all their other cranks. I asked the question as to why they only warranted them for 3 years and not a lifetime like their Atlas cranks and they couldn't answer the question convincingly. Says it all. Oh go on......give me all the excuses.
