Schwalbe 2015 Nobby Nic - Review
mark3 I totally agree with you. I still don't think there is a tyre out there that can beat a minion especially up front. I ditched my awful Nics and replaced them back to my old school minions and it transformed my riding and confidence. They are a little heavy and draggy but the extra grip and controlled sliding is well worth it.

Fox Launch Enduro Knee Pad - Review
What an absolute waste of time these are. So you crash and these things snag on the ground and pull down your leg and you end up ripping your knee to shreds anyway. And what do the charge you for this pleasurable experience.....£50!! Thank you Fox. Trust me I am talking from total experience here, if you want to really protect your knees don't wear soft shell and wear hard shell. There are plenty of light weight choices out there. The only thing that pads like this do is psychology make you think you are protected....your not!

Schwalbe 2015 Nobby Nic - Review
I really do hope they have sorted out the Nics habit of washing out without warning. This had caused me to crash 3 times so I got rid of them . They are also a bastard to set up tubeless. Sounds like they have listened to complaints and all is good now. Still, once bitten twice shy so I will be steering well clear.

Ask Pinkbike: Remedy or Slash, Large frame - short stem, Should I Cut My DH Bar?
I think the guy who bought the Ellsworth should worry more about the fact that he bought one of those monstrosities and not the sizing.

This is maybe road bike specific but it makes for worrying reading non the less http://www.irishtimes.com/sport/other-sports/carbon-fibre-bicycles-in-the-frame-for-rising-number-of-injuries-1.1879653

Ask Pinkbike: Rim Width, Angle Headsets, and Carbon Cranks
Right we all need to put this carbon question into perspective. Carbon=Very Expensive, not a huge weight saving to justify the price, questionable reliability. Still haven't proved to the consumer that it's better than Ali (read above comments) Aluminium=Great Value, still light, LIFETIME WARRANTIES (Unlike your carbon cranks Raceface!!), Proven strength and durability, full consumer confidence. I'm sure you will all tell me if I'm wrong.

Ask Pinkbike: Rim Width, Angle Headsets, and Carbon Cranks
Tell you what mate you must have bloody thick finger nails. I was thoroughly inspecting a Renthal carbon bar last week and they were easily as thick as an Ali bar.
