For sale is my Orange G3 Mountain Bike size 19 frame. Lovely bike in great condition, well looked after. My only reason for sale is that im moving abroud and having to sell my bikes and accessories. Im 6ft exactly and of average build and this bike is the perfect size. One of the pistons is seizing in the front brake caliper but that is the only issue. I am reluctantly selling my Specialized Demo 8. I cannot get this across enough through words on here how good of a bike this has been to ride over the years. Its absolutely solid and has always been well maintained and serviced. My only reason for sale is that I am moving abroad so selling my bikes and accessories. It is great condition for its age and rides perfectly has the usual & expected marks from uplifts & general riding (small stone chips & the odd off!). It has never been used to race. Stanchions are great condition, Forks do not leak at all - they're bombproof. the only thing that needs sorting is the piston in the front brake caliper is seizing. I bought this bike just over a year ago from a keen rider. He built the bike from all brand new parts with the intension of getting into downhill. Unfortunately for him that never happened! So I bought the bike with hardly a mark and have maintained its condition to a high standard since. The frame still bares the original manufactures stickers and shows barely a scratch. The pictures do not do this bike justice so I recommend that anyone interested should take a look for themselves. I’m reluctantly selling the bike because I’ve accepted a transfer to work in China. Spec: • Specialized Big Hit 3 2007 Frame (brought as frame only so in metallic graphite colour). • Fox DHX 3.0 Rear Shock with a Manitou 500 x 2.75 spring. • Marzocchi Bomber Junior Triple clamp forks. • Mavic EX721 wheels in black front and rear. (The rear was recently rebuilt with a 2012 rim and new spokes). • Blackspire C4 Chain Guide. • Hope hubs in gold front and rear. • Maxxis High Rollers DH tyres. • RaceFace cranks and RaceFace bottom bracket. • DMR V8 pedals. • Hope M4 brakes both anodized black with Goodridge hoses front and rear. (Recently replaced). • Shimano XT rear mech. • ODI Grips and bar ends. • Easton bars. • Easton Stem. • FSA Pig DH Pro headset. • Selle Italia Q-Bik T1 Saddle. In whole, this bike has a few minor scratches here and there but is in excellent condition throughout. However, I would recommend that the rear shock bushings are replaced as they have some vertical play. The bushings are no more than £20 for the pair or a maximum of £40 fitted. If you have a press they’re very simple to fit yourself. If you wish to view the bike, I will be in the UK until October 8th. I am asking £800 for the bike but will take sensible offers. Thanks
