Finally. The service center in vegas closed already I guess. Love the shocks but the customer service sucks. Hope this fixes it.

Selling my NSR 4-Bike rack. Used for 1 season on my Tacoma. Rack is in great shape, no damage, no rust. Never used in the winter, truck stored in a garage. Retail is $569.99 + Shipping (55-75 bucks)...will sell for $400 picked up locally...basically a 33% discount for a brand new rack. Reason for selling: upgrading the the 6 bike - tired of having to put bikes in the bed during the shuttles. From the Northshore website: Incredibly compact, this rack uses our patented technology to carry mountain bikes in a fantastically efficient way. When not in use the rack folds up and out of the way. Adjustable in height, layback and setback it will fit virtually any vehicle, right out of the box. Maximum weight is 200lbs and for 2” receiver hitches only (anti-slope device included to eliminate hitch play). As an added safety feature the NSR 4-bike rack will not block the brake lights on most vehicles. Something to consider with your expensive bikes behind. Easily the most compact and simple to use 4-bike rack in the industry. Note: not compatible with fork mounted fenders: not intended for road bikes: check with hitch manufacturer for compatibility (class II or higher). Includes a heavy duty lockable anti-rattle hitch pin (compatible with most 1/4" padlocks). https://www.northshoreracks.com/NSR%204-bike.htm
