Trek Slash 29 - First Look
@EnduroManiac: As others have answered, it is a fix to a problem which has not existed: single crown forks hitting the frame. As an engineer it is weird to see a problem that has already been solved get introduced into a design. I'm also not sure how useful it will be considering Trek appear to have some rubber stoppers installed to block the fork if the knock block breaks. Again, the bike more than likely rides great, just a few weird details that I don't think should figure at such a high price put me off personally.

Trek Slash 29 - First Look
Got really excited based on the picture at the top, but from there everything went downhill... Carbon only with ridiculous pricing, the stupid knock block thing, 125mm droppers... It looks great, but seems like only a slight evolution on the Enduro 29 geometry (same chainstay and BB height, but longer reach and slacker angle) for too much money and a weird stem... Probably rides great though!

Trek's New Fuel EX 29 and Remedy 27.5 - First Ride
Wow, slightly annoyed at having just ordered a Jeffsy, the geometry on that fuel EX is bang on perfect. Consolation is that the Jeffsy kit will definitely be a lot better for the money, but still: good job Trek!

Pinkbike Poll: Can Today's Mid-Travel Trail Bike Be Significantly Improved?
Just small stuff: Design the bikes to run with 40mm stems, so increase the reach by 1-2cm Design the bikes to run 2.5 inch 29er tyres please, So drop that bb further With all this boost and 1x drivetrains, how come almost no one has beaten the enduro's 430mm chain stay yet?

Team Videos - Cairns DH World Cup 2016
I dont understand how someone with his record can be so unprepared and so unscientific with his setup. I think he is losing more places worrying about his shock than he could gain with a perfect shock setup... Just put the one you won Lenzerheide on ffs...
