After the Fall - Riding the Injury Cycle with Steffi Marth
Couldn't agree more. I was skeptical at first but yoga has done wonders for my overall fitness, flexibility, and recovery time after harsh rides and injuries. Make it part of your routine even if you're not recovering from an injury.

$200 USD
Syncros DH 1.5 wheelset (DT Swiss FR 570). DT Swiss 350 Hubs & DT Swiss Competition Spokes. Wheels came with Scott Gambler 710 and only have a few rides on them before I swapped to Industry Nines. Wheels are tubeless ready, valves included. Current Hub Setup: Front Hub: 110 x 20 Rear Hub: 150 x 12 6 bolt rotor design for hubs. Tech Talks: Pedal Service, Presented by Park Tool - Video
I've had my fair share of issues with older generation CB pedals but the last few generations have been super solid for me. My DH and Enduro Mallets have been running strong with lots of use and no service.
