Biking in Northern Canada: the Yukon's Arctic Circle
Well it depends where you go, but compared to Yukon we have a lot higher population density. Even in the northernmost part we have over 10 times the population density. But anyway most of the time you will find some quad trails after the Sami people(indigenous) or other marked trails. We do have quite strict rules about motorized vehicles in nature so it not like you'll find trails everywhere you go though.

The alpine tundra tussocks is a pain indeed! Some places you even have a hard time walking amongst them as you have to jump form tussock to tussock(0.5m heigth difference). Even if this is almost on the opposite side of the world it still looks quite simmilar to northern Norway :D
