2016 Pinkbike Awards - Component of the Year Winner
@atrokz: The older German cars from the 80's and 90's were good, but afterwards, quality has really gone down hill. BMW did make some great engines back in the day, today it's a different story. The BMW N63 engine, their turbo V8 which is found in many models, is probably one of the most unreliable and costly to repair engines ever made by anyone. Anyone in the market for a used BMW, stay away from models with the N63 engine. Like Sram, great when it works, but it won't work for long ;)

@Fix-the-Spade: Which is why Cars like BMW and Mercedes, especially the AMG versions can be found at bargain prices in the used market. People know they'll cost a fortune to keep on the road, so gotta sell them at a cheap price if you want to get rid of yours.

Sram components are like German cars. Great when they work, problem is, they only work for a short period of time. And afterwards, you regret buying it because it's constantly pissing you off.

Shimano really is the best. Reliable and you truly do get your money's worth. I've seen so many top of the line Sram components fail, one friend replaced his broken sram derailleur with a budget shimano unit from an old bike hanging in his garage and the budget shimano derailleur is still serving him after 3 years of hard riding.

The Arbr Saker - UK-Made Carbon Enduro Bike
Not the prettiest bike but I've seen uglier. However it definitely looks strong. But if you want ultimate strength combined with good looks, look at the Devinci Troy.

New Shirts in the Pinkbike Store
@j-t-g: The designs are actually pretty nice, just costs way too much once you factor shipping and taxes and for those outside of Canada, import charges.

New Shirts in the Pinkbike Store
@brohatmaghandi: Stickers only make Honda Civics faster. Which is why some of them are covered with stickers. Guys in Ferrari's and GTR's never dare race a Civic with more than 10 stickers on it.

New Shirts in the Pinkbike Store
@kingsx: yeah but don't you think to yourself that you're being taken advantage of with prices like that? I understand liking a logo and a brand, but if that brand wants to take advantage of its fans by gouging them with ridiculously high prices for something as simple as a t shirt, I won't won't be a fan no more, simply out of principle.
