five new first-timers in the DH men WC are just the demonstration that the new rules (semi finals on top of all) were not meant to improve the sport level, but just the streaming paywall views.
As a result we can't appreciate consistency on placements by the riders and, at the end of the season, the winner of the overall will just be the luckiest rider. Or a mathematical winner.

First Look: Rulezman Releases Super Short 15 & 18mm Stems
I onestly believe this man really knows how to work on supension components and I basically agree with his geometry theory, but he really lacks in communication and humility. I can't accept to consider top products from brands like Fox and Ohlins to be costantly defined as "crap". This guy is so aggressive on judging other brands different from Manitou or Intend: I've never believe denigrating the others to be a real strategy.
The stuff he's promoting is sent to him directly from the brands (goggles, wheels, dropper post...) and, surprise, it's the best you can find on earth... To me, this sound like a sponsor affair, but no one can say so, cause only adoring comments are allowed on his social media accounts.

Quick as usual, Rose releases a new bike only when a segment is well defined and already filled with a whole universe of other options. A brand that moves so slowly on the bike industry really lacks in any appeal to me

the fact is, paying or not to see it, all this thing doesn't bring anything good for the sport itself. Just a bunch of sponsors, even more pressure on the racers and the sense of showtime at any cost: this that doesn't pay any justice to the true athletic meaning of DH and XC, even the structure of the championship will not pay the best athlete, but just the bravest/luckiest

the Pivot Firebird climbed like a goat and descended like a mini-Sunday. With a 170mm fork and a coil shock it was unstoppable (but short...). A friend's got one with an angle headset, and if you focus on suspension performance, it's still an incredible performer
