This video really made me realize that a big part of the reason these videos are so awesome is simply because they are riding ridiculously quickly. It would actually be hard to make it look bad!
Silvia just gets me so stoked to ride, yet at the same time makes me depressed about how slow I'm actually going :/

I was wondering the same thing, but then I noticed that when they get air, the height or distance they get makes sense for the speed. Usually if it is sped up, the rider looks like he is going 50mph, then preloads a root to catch air. With his speed he should go flying through the air for a second or two, but instead he is on the ground 2feet and .01seconds later. This was not the case so far as I could tell in this video. Plus in the slow-mo portions, they still look like they are hauling, which doesn't happen with vids that have sped up the footage to make the rider look fast.

With their POV vid it was a bit odd looking but this video you can clearly tell that they are going REALLY fast. That was so sick! I loved how he mashed through those berms and how loose they were getting.
