Pinkbike Poll: Are You Plagued By Flat Tires?
I recently purchased a 2014 Trek Remedy and from the first ride I had a series of pinch flats on a daily basis. I finally took the rear wheel off to closer inspect what was going on. I immediately noticed that the factory installed rim tape was not installed properly. The rim tape had several small folds on the edges not making a smooth surface for the tube therefore the cause of so many pinch flats. I am in the process of replacing the factory rim tape with Stan's tubless rim tape, problem solved.

Ask Pinkbike - Rotor Diameter vs. Stopping Power, Dropper Post Length, Broken Chain Mystery, and Tires for UK Winter
Just got a 2014 Remedy and I was torn over the decision to purchase it and my girlfriend who I've known since we were young but never got together until last year told me to get it and not to worry that it would be her gift to me. That's awesomeness all the way, I feel very blessed indeed to have her in my life.

Video: GoPro - Combing Valparaiso's Hills
I truly envy those guys. They travel the world, ride awesome places and get paid by their sponsors to show off new gear. It's the Peter Pan version of mountain biking, never grow up and stay forever a kid inside. Truly blessed they are.

The Argument For Short Travel Bikes - Opinion
I'm thankful that my first mountain bike was a hardtail with 100 mm fork up front. It pushed me to become a better rider, forced me to learn a skill set and technique that has help me transition to my current full suspension bike with adjustable travel. Which I always dial down the travel to get that "Old Hardtail Feel" again ! By the way I passed on my old Gary Fisher HT onto my 12 yr old nephew who is having a blast every time we go out on the trail. "Long Live the Hardtail"

I agree with the vast majority of the forum members here. She was totally in the wrong for stopping in the middle of the trail like she did. The fact her "Crazy Ass" acts all seriously injured when initially in the video she picks up the bike immediately after falling to "physically assault" the rider for accidentally running into her! There is an inherent risk and danger when one chooses to engage in activities with a high percentage of injury. She got insulted and her "Ego" was damaged more than her "Big Butt"! Thankfully you had video evidence to dis-spell any legal claims she might have brought against you. Live and learn lady !
