Why would you do all that? Replacing an existing housing with new housing is faster imho with internal routing vs. external. Just attach the new housing to the old housing and pull it straight through. Like everyone has done for droppers since 2010.

Spotted: A New Lightweight RockShox Dropper Post?

More drop = Deeper Squats every time you drop your seat (100+ times in an XCO race?) When we get self-lowering droppers (like bmc proto) more drop makes more sense.

Updated: Canada & Australia Withdraw From 2020 Olympics

Organizers are of course reluctant of cancelling events because of possible liability costs. They wait for the local authorities to forbid the event. Then they have a case of Force Majeure, and can not be sued... Isn't this inevitable cancellation a decision for the Japanese authorities?
