call me old fashioned, but i'm more of a Articulated Suspension System man
  • 13 1
Same, but I'm happy to have both as well. It's about 60-40 for me
  • 88 1
I respect your opinions. I prefer the Bottom Out On Berm System myself.
  • 35 1
Actually these work best, Direct Impact Critical Kinetic Suspension.....wait, what?
  • 59 1
Why choose between Articulated Suspension System and Tubes In Tubes systems, when you can have both? they're not mutually exclusive technologies.
  • 21 0
Exactly. Why not both? And ideally in a package that isn't too heavy or hard on the wallet. But you can only ask so much.
  • 20 2
Trust me,next year you will get the new Sram Highly Innovative Transmission available with this bike. Prototyping now.
  • 12 4
Forget suspension! I'm just loving those T.I.T.S!
  • 3 0
If it looks like a kona and smells like a trek than you might be a redneck. Evidentally my last kona did NOT have huck to flat technology!
  • 3 0
@nozes it made it to the testing stage but the project was killed because it stunk
  • 2 0
Haha neither did my last Kona! This Patrol is sick!
  • 76 0
I don't understand why more companies don't use the t.i.t.s. system. My brother's reign was a pain and took ages to route lol
  • 16 1
because people might mistake the bike comes with a happy ending....
  • 86 0
@viatch, all bikes come with a happy ending.
  • 38 1
Transition sales just went up another 200% just from there marketing

Transition bikes = more addictive then Heroin

My favourite bikes I have ever owned ~ Giddy up n go ride yeeeeweeee !

I honestly thought it was dumb. Hey check out this bike that is the same as everyone elses but ours is way better lol thats what they all say!!!
  • 10 0
Every bike should come with T.I.T.S.

The 2016 Carbon Stumpjumper FSR does and I was really happy with that. Soooooo easy....
  • 7 4
But everybody pissed and moaned about Cove's marketing... personally, I loved the Shocker, I wouldn't mind an STD, and how wouldnt want a Hummer? And wasn't there something about a 650BJ?
  • 6 1
The difference between cove and this ad is that the name of the bike is still patrol, not std. When you say you own an std that's a lot different than owning a patrol, which happens to have T.I.T.S

 Please don't piss and moan
  • 5 1
It'd make it a lot easier if they (manufacturers) didn't even go the internal routing route.
  • 1 0
Did somebody say 4 bar linkage. The new revolution is here, will you answer the call? I sure as hell won't.
  • 48 2
Whatever happened to their Completely Optimized Carbon Kinetics and Basically Aligned Linear Leverage System technologies. C.O.C.K. and B.A.L.L.S. would work so well with T.I.T.S.
  • 22 1
with a Very Agile Great Internal New Axle
  • 8 1
I just think that after playing with their C.O.C.K. and B.A.L.L.S. technologies for a few years, the company matured and upgraded to T.I.T.S. We could say they're about to hit a home run with this one.
  • 3 0
I wish my bike had TITS
  • 9 0
I don't think it's kosher to have COCKandBALLS and T.I.T.S. on the same bike.
  • 6 0
not kosher but probably lot's of fun
  • 44 0
 Transition knows how to advertise!!
  • 13 0
It turns out they know how to make great riding (and near indestructible) bikes, too.
  • 9 4
Too bad the frame price is $3199 USD... that's a bit insane if compared to similar frame designs.
  • 1 0
I clearly wanna buy this now
  • 6 0
I am no expert but that looks very like a Plush Upper Suspension System Yoke with a Two Wheel Activated Travel Systems there! 'Gratz to Patrol for making my day!
  • 6 1
 Carbon Utilized New Transition!
  • 35 0
So glad to be a transition dealer.
  • 33 0
Advertising : you're doing it right
  • 27 0
 hahahahahahahahahahaha T.I.T.S
  • 14 0
My bikes already got a T.I.T. it's the interface between saddle and bars. Now I just need one of these to make it plural.
  • 17 0
The huck at 1:06 could have been the only riding in the whole video and it still would've sold me on the bike. damn.
  • 17 2
Best bike advertising ever! This is why I love Transition even if I haven't rided one but I want one just because of this! Keep it up guys! Smile
  • 16 1
They had me at 'huck to flat.'
  • 11 0
One of the most beautiful and shredable-looking bikes out there. ...actually that's a viable statement for the entire Transition product line Big Grin
Can't wait for my Smuggler 2016 to arrive!
  • 10 0
This is the most brilliant advertisement. It had me laughing. Awesome company awesome bike
  • 3 0
Totally agree. I've always been a huge fan of the company and their bikes.
  • 10 0
The unbalanced chemical equation bothers me.
  • 4 0
I don't understand what the combustion of methane has to do with anything anyway!
  • 1 0
I logged in just to up vote this :-)
  • 1 0
I just combusted a huge methane hard gas.
  • 4 0
I bought a Kona Process and was pretty flabbergasted when the housing ACTUALLY ROUTED THROUGH THE FRAME without causing me frustration/tears. Kudos to any company that is down to earth enough to incorporate easy routing. Shame on a certain company who have had a Rocky relationship with this feature in their Mountain bikes.
  • 5 0
I'm glad they improved on my Covert Carbon, which had no TITS, as it was a pain in the ass the get the cables through. Transition rules!
  • 11 0
 Still had Cock&Balls

I am waiting for a male hero fighting for women rights to step up to the comment table and have his expertize on the subject. Shame on you Transition!
  • 9 2
Right, where's the politically correct crew?
  • 9 0
 wrong website for that...
  • 5 0
@WAKIdesigns I guess you will be waiting 4 a long time
  • 4 0
Tubes In Tubes Systems are so great, I have 2! What Minimum Empathy Nodes don't understand is that all you gotta do to avoid sexist objectification in manufacturing is also give us some Downhill Issue Crown Knobs.
  • 1 0
And just when so many other companies start to move toward women riders, transition takes one giant leap backwards
  • 7 0
Rakim on a bike commercial is just dopeness.
  • 2 0
Super awesome Edit and it was really cool to be able to see this bike perform! Some of these trails are our DH training trails and range from super rooty and techy steep to some big mountain climbs, this bike and Lars ruled them all!
  • 6 2
3199?!?! Even an Ibis HD3 is 2800. What the hell Transition, you went from podunk alloy frames on the FSR linkage to near S-Work level prices.
  • 4 1
 ^ this!
  • 3 0
agreed. $7k CAD for the mid range build...................no thanks.
  • 6 0
I mean seriously, what cost do they think they are recouping with this price, not like they designed a new costly linkage system or carbon layup.
  • 4 0
We can all thank Santa Cruz for setting the benchmark for these hideous prices.
  • 1 0
True they really upped the ante, and can't call themselves small scale boutique brand that needs to make up the difference anymore.
  • 6 1
Are they marketing to Beavis and Butthead?
  • 1 0
Transition have smashed it again! The 2014 Carbon Covert was the stiffest enduro sled on the market and an indestructible park bike, but at less than100grams lighter than the alloy version it was hard for some to justify.
The Patrol is perfect… Threaded BB, Internal front and external rear routing, optimum geometry and tyre clearance. Some might argue that the shock is the weak point but who keeps a standard shock anyway?
I bought the 2016 Bronson CC a few months but only because I couldn't wait until Spring for a new ride. Patrol frame now pre-ordered…can't wait!
  • 5 0
 @transitionbikes , slope bike soon?!
  • 1 0
yes! I'm in the market and I do not want to have to sell my transition dj if I can't get another transition.
  • 4 0
And here I thought everyone was more interested in Dual Offset Ninja Geometry for enduro and such now
  • 5 1
I love how they're satirizing specialized use of acronyms, even though they totally borrow all of their designs.
  • 5 1
You spelled Rakim wrong in the credits.
  • 4 0
Best marketing ever! I was cracking up even before I opened this page!
  • 2 0
As awesome as this advertising is riding the bike speaks for itself. How they made something so slack and modern be so playful is pure black magic.
  • 2 0
Man, I love Transition! They just don't give two f&#ks and I dig that! So much so, I've ordered a Patrol Carbon! The only bummer.....April 2016.
  • 4 1
So how many poor chinese gonna inhale carbon because of its production. Regards from Max Commencal.
  • 3 0
This would be way better if we knew they could deliver the bike earlier than five months from now!
  • 1 0
Right? That said, at least they
  • 6 3
What not to like? rap music, riding, T.I.T.S., WTF Transition? WTF?
