Trek Slash 9 18.5"

$650 GBP
Trek Slash 9 2016 aluminium 27.5”. PRICE DROP. Frame is 18.5" size, 440mm reach, 581mm stack, 1192mm WB, 65deg HA. Seattube sawn & slotted and is 420mm length to fit me at 5'5 with wee legs. 150mm seatpost has 1cm spare under the collar. Geo on this page > https://geometrygeeks.bike/bike/trek-slash-2016/ (column 18.5" Low). 160mm travel, Rockshox monarch plus RC3 210x60mm seal change, IPF rebuild with a new damper body in 2022 with 4 hours use since. It would also take a more common 210x55mm stroke shock and forego some travel. 160mm Fox 36 with FIT4 damper, 15mm QR bolt, in good working order. Little use since last service. 150mm dropper is a KS LEV DX externally routed cable-actuated. Front wheel Bontrager original with bike. Rear wheel DT swiss E532 rim on Hope pro4 hub, XD driver. Tyres are tubeless Magic Mary SG soft, front in nearly new conditon, rear part-worn. XT M8000 brakes worn, working. Spare pair of pads. 11speed 10-42 sram cassette, XT shifter and SLX derailleur heavily used but working fine. MRP guide. New wolftooth 32T chainring. Nukeproof horizon pedals in reasonable condition Bars Bontrager low rise 750mm, with another 800mm bar if buyer wants it. Stem 35mm Easton. New DMR grips. Saddle SDG circuit, flat and hard. Full working order. It is a very capable enduro bike that handles speed and chunky trails well. Weighs 15KG. Has been indoors, not ridden since March 2022. £650. Bike is in South Belfast area and I can travel to Mournes area.

+1 on gloves as important as knee pads. Trivial crashes destroy palm skin that wouldn't even be scratched with the thinnest gloves on. Noobs would look pretty stupid with fcked up hands after a 5mph crash, or scrubbing gravel out of the road rash with a toothbrush.
