151 Days: Whistler Mountain Bike Park opens on May 17, 2013. Opening day conditions were some of the best ever with the Fitzsimmons Zone 100% open.
The first video "How To Create A FORCE OF NATURE" kicks off the season and #forceofpeter was born.

Lucky to have dirt this good in May.
  Opening day dirt.

122 Days: Garbanzo Zone opens and Extended Play begins.

94 Days: - Top of the World trail opens and almost 5000 vertical feet of biking is available.

83 Days: - The second video "Living A FORCE OF NATURE" is released and features the life of team rider Lula Darquier. Lula's life in Whistler didn't begin revolving around bikes but it does now.

15 Days: TODAY - September 30, 2013. There are only 15 days left of riding this year and after that, summer is officially over. The Bike Park closes at 5pm on Monday, October 14 and from there, the countdown to winter begins at 45 days. But don't let the gloomy window of winter on the horizon stop you. Some great riding is still to be had over these last two weeks.

Days like this are almost over. Get after it while you can.

To all of you, the Bike Park staff, the Team, the filmers and photographers, and to everyone that makes this place amazing... THANK YOU for another great summer!

There is no scale on which you can measure the jealousness that I have for every mountain biker that lives in whistler. I would literally give a limb and find a way to ride without it if it meant I could be there right now

Living in Whistler is totally doable. Just need to be prepared to be underpaid for life, pay through the nose for a house one day and make friends with people who will inevitably leave at some stage in the future. Work through that and your dream life awaits. Personally it's too cold for me.

I was up on Whistler yesterday the 29th. Wet, raining, muddy, and a little slice of heaven. The trails are still incredible thanks to the hard work of the trail crew. Lift workers were all still friendlier than ever and I seemed to push myself just a little further. Great season, great year, and a big look to the future and next year. Thanks to everyone that makes Whistle Bike Park happen. Peace.

Hoping the snow goes away quick cause this weekend the only chair open to bikes was lower gondola and it was running 1/2 speed. Nothing like getting 1 lower mountain run per hourFrown Loved the rain and mud though!

Way too much personal crap to deal with but if I have a ride and a place to sleep I may not be able to resist closing weekend.
