You won't be able to fit more than 165mm of travel safely , since the lever from the back will it the seatpost-tube! (The tube is flexing while riding)
And watch out for the size of the shock, depending on the frame, it's hard to fit a bigger shock in the Back. (RS Vivid, for example doesn't fit into a "M" Frame!)

On that picture it's not fully mounted yet, just fixed with some straps.
By now, I'm almost done fitting the Monarch+ into the Bike.
You have to rework the Socket of the Monarch a little bit with a CNC-Mill and shorten it's travel from 63 to 54mm. All in all it's about 3-4h of work, if you've got the right equipment.

Pinkbike Poll: Long Travel Single Crown Forks
I think the RS Totem is an amazing fork but depending on what you want to ride it might already be to heavy and stiff.
On 95% of the trails a 160-170mm Lyrik is more than enough to have loads of fun, if your riding style is good.
Ok, I wouldn't want to ride this bike on rough downhill trails but for everything from a short tour, Enduro Racing or a trip to the bike park, it's fine!
I was considering both, the Lyrik and the Totem 8 weeks ago while looking for a new fork. Choose the Lyrik and I'm happy so far!
