It's called 'Dazzle' and was used in WW1 and WW2 on warships to confuse the enemy spotters' distance and depth perception. I think a british pop artist at the time is credited with its conception.

Its geo restricted in NZ because our antiquated subscription broadcaster SKYTV still holds the rights, despite losing millions of dollars and thousands of subscribers every year.
I bet UCI make sweet fuck all off NZ TV rights for this stuff, what is the point.

Can't access the stream on the PS4, just doesnt show up to watch.
Doesn't even show up in the Live Event Calender, I had to do a google search and follow links from there to find the stream.
