First Ride: 2021 Commencal Meta TR - Is Mini-Enduro a Thing?
Glad Commencal are offering a proper XL size finally. I’d be interested to know how the bearings compare to my old Meta. The bearings on that were huge compared to most bikes and lasted easily 4x as long as my Nukeproof.

Review: TRP's New DH-R EVO Brakes
@skelldify: Basically the same bleed process as Shimano. The threads at the lever are too large for the Shimano bleed cup, so either use the two syringe method with a TRP compatible bleed kit, or what I do is use a syringe with the plunger out as a DIY bleed cup. They don’t need bleeding often. I did 40,000m of descending in Les Arc last summer and the front needed a couple of bubble bleeds and the back was rock solid so didn’t touch it. Oil was still completely clean. Same trip the year before I was doing a full bleed every two days on Shimano and the oil was black.

Privateer Launch $3,075 161 Enduro Race Bike
@PrivateerBikes: 29er hardtail with 120-130mm fork and geometry the more aggressive end of "trail" category rather than full enduro so the bike is good for big all day rides as well as trail centres. Obviously threaded BB and external cables. SLX level components and a mid range fork that is reliable and easy to service. The aesthetics you already have nailed, so more of the same please.
