Absolutely epic. An Alberta transplant living on Vancouver Island, I have ridden all over the island, Whistler, Nelson and other interior zones in the last 2 years since moving this way. I have to say some of the most epic and best riding I have ever done is still in Alberta. The Exshaw/Canmore area is pretty darn hard to beat. That said - I have nothing to complain about living out this way now
Love the music too! That clip just screams 'Berta!
@jaydubmah: Thanks for that link. I don't think that made the main page which is too bad. Sad news and I'm sure devastating for his wife and four kids. 2016 has been very hard on the biking community. Unfortunately once again I'm saying Rest in Peace brother.
Awesome video. My bc relatives are always suprised i can go mountain biking in alberta, as they are sure the province is completly flat with nothing to do. People just dont get it.
that crevice line is visually decieving. ive never had the balls to hit it thinking both my pedals would catch and get bazooka'd . ive always taken the left line
Wow, VERY well done! I ride this trail with my lady a few times a season, and love it! But, neither of us are attacking it as hard as Dave and Tara, they're making the technical bits look easy! Hat's off to the filmer and riders!
Given the late snow, the trail is currently still in great condition. A touch of snow and ice near the top, but should be 100% clear on the descents. Also a wicked ride on a fat bike (summer or winter).
@andrewyoung: great job on this vid!! I love how you filmed a lot of the tech sections that people wonder about. Ie, the dreaded v-notch, alternate slab lines, etc. Cheers!

Anyone know the song?
