Opinion: Dear America
First time I heard this term was 5 years ago shuttling the whole enchilada in Moab with a couple of fully spandexed frenchies. We had a great time. They tried to stiff the shuttle driver. Go figure.

@groghunter.... Ust not only work better, they feel better, have way less maintenance than any rim tape system and they last longer. The key is that your not threading spokes through rim. If its something that's important to you, you suck it up and throw down the cash.

Lets be clear here. We all want more women in the sport. I'm in the car, headed out on a week long bike trip with my wife and daughter now. My point is that there is a time and place to affect change, and bringing down a mild manored race report isn't it.

When 5 times the number men enter than women the checks are going to reflect that. You can't use every forum as a sounding board for a cause. It's not doin anyone any good. Oh wait, I take it back, those humble checks were larger just so women would understand their place. Where is the justice!!!!

Seriously??? There are plenty of other places that you can display artsy shots of well paid athletes telling us about their troubles. I love skating, but why must it always be tainted with this emo "intellectual" undertone. If this were a mtn biker walking around for 10 min people would be tearing him apart. I guess pinkbikes gotta get paid too...
