Just different strokes for different folks. I don't like to draw too many comparisons between this and slopestyle/dirt jump riders and styles. Different disciplines. Slopestyle has been slowly morphing into a bigger badder version of bmx. I have no problem with this. It's just the evolution..... do I miss the old days ? Yeah. But I don't have an issue with anybody who sends it on a bike. Vanderham's classic freeride style always does it for me though. Glad he is still on the scene and glad people are still enjoying him launching big bikes with style.

I was wondering the same thing. Its just a photo stunt which is cool, but not something any of us deal with out on the trail. Great style, I definitely wouldn't be able to do it, but a huge dj isnt selling me on Saint.

.....put the saint thru its paces....what'd he shift 2-3 times at the top of the buffed run in? OR, the amount of table in the table top would not be possible with previous years brake lever designs...for sure. Maybe frame mount video of the rear D going thru the cycle during a DH run, or a jump line....but that doesnt really work either, you dont shift that much. show me it getting crunched from tomahawking thru the woods, or getting folded by rocks on a tight XC run, or gettting run over by dudes daughter backing out of the garage, and still functioning the way its intended, then i'll think about buying $300 rears or $1000+ pkgs. So weird the way extreme has blinded mktg Go big or the mktg dept wont pay..... Look at all the comments, nobody says "man Saints the sh**" or anything even close...... cool shot tho, but still cant say i havent seen countless other people doing nearly the same on all types of other vehicles too tho. blah, yawn, oh sorry, yeah Saint killed it?
