The Joplin frame can convert to 27.5 plus with a different wheelset.
There are very few nicks from normal riding. It is very clean, photos taken with iphone 7 outside in shade.
UPGRADES: 1. Bontrager Kovee 23 carbon wheels (boost, tubeless)
2. SRAM Eagle GX 12 speed drivetrain with a 50 tooth big cog, installed in July 2018, so there is very low wear on the cogs and chain, and no wet weather riding.
Fox Rythm 34 Fork, Fox Float DPS rear shock, Schwalbe Nobby Nic Front tire 2.4, Maxxis Agressor 2.3 rear. Set up tubeless.

Bontrager Line Pro 30 - Carbon Wheels You Might Actually Be Able to Afford
For my wife's Juliana Joplin (Tall Lady) I'm not worried about 28 spokes. She's gonna ride XC and not charge hard. The 23 mm rim internal at $700 is a great upgrade from the heavy stock wheel build on the lowest end C build. So I'm in. Cheaper than LB according to what I can tell.

Absolute Black Oval Chainring - Review
My main problem interest would be to see if a 30 or 32 chainring can give me a wider effective gear range with an 11-42 cassettte in my 27.5 Yeti SB5. I'll have a round 30. So if I get a 32 oval would it be lower than
The round 30 in my granny?
