Need to have a bit of a clear-out of my bike collection and this one is getting the least use. Used only as a best summer bike on the very driest days so does not get taken out very often. This bike is in super condition, having been ridden for a single summer only for a total of 873 miles according to my Strava stats. I got a little carried away at the end of last season and bought another bike so this one needs to go. It has been used for Sunday club rides only and never been dropped, crashed, raced or been out on wet roads (apart from a brief shower on a single ride). If it is raining or wet I don’t go out! The frame is totally unmarked and well-protected with tape in all the vital areas. The only marks you will find anywhere are where the grey leather on my gloves has rubbed on the black bar tape. (The saddle came from a previous bike and has a few minor rubs too). It is a size Large in Ribble terminology which equates to a 55cm seat tube measurement, or 57 cm horizontal top tube. According to the Ribble website, this would suit riders 5’10” – 6’1”. I am a long-legged 5’10” and have it set up with an 80mm stem rather than the standard 100mm (the 100mm stem is included in the sale). The bike has a full Campagnolo Athena 11-speed silver groupset, directly comparable to Shimano Ultegra or SRAM Force. With this colour frame, I think the silver looks a lot better than the black offerings from the other 2 companies! My new bike has Dura-Ace but I am going to really miss the push-button shifting onto the smaller cogs! The bike is for sale for collection only from Grantham, Lincs.
