Marzocchi 66 - 160mm / 1.5 steerer - LEAKING SEAL

$75 GBP
For sale a set of Marzocchi 66s. Wrong size steerer for my bike so I've not run them but they seem to work okay. Steerer is long at 245mm. When I got them there was three small chips in the coating on one stanchion and there was a bit of oil around, so I assume the seal is leaking (would have been nice of the guy who sold these to me to let me know!). I've rubbed the chips back to remove any steps, used 2000 wet and dry to finish it. I've shown this in the photos. There's also a groove in the steerer down the bottom but this shouldn't affect the seating or running of the headset. Decals have been removed but there is compression and rebound adjustment and preload adjust is by putting a little bit of air in each leg. Sold as is and happy to ship at buyers expense.

Marzocchi 66RV - 160mm - LEAKING SEAL

$75 GBP
Marzocchi 66RV forks removed from a specialized sx trail when I split the bike. Scratched and repaired stanchion and a leaking seal, hence the low price. Travel is 160mm Steerer is 1 1/8th and is 195mm long with star nut installed Axle is included and is 20mm Condition wise the forks are used. The lowers have scratches as you'd expect and there's some cable rub on the crown but nothing out of the ordinary. Not long prior removing the forks I had stripped them and replaced the oil and seals. When I removed the forks from the bike I noticed a scratch to one of the stanchions which has caused the seal to leak a bit. I have repaired the scratch by rubbing it back with ultra-fine paper and filling the low spots with hard epoxy. You can still feel it a little bit (and see it) but there are no sharp edges. You could ride the forks as they are but the seal on that stanchion is leaking a little. Repair scratch is shown in the photos.

Marzocchi 66 RCV 180mm - perfect stanchions

$150 GBP
I have for sale a set of Marzocchi 66RCV forks. 180mm travel. 1 1/8" steerer, about 210mm long. 20mm axle (axle included) The stanchions are unmarked but there is the usual marks from use on the lowers. Points to not are the rebound adjuster knob from the bottom of one leg is missing, but you can still adjust the damping. And one top cap is missing and the air valve under it is damaged. I've tried to show this in the photos. Neither of the problems have ever bothered me and the forks seem to work well. seals are dry (no sign of oil). I priced up the replacement parts to fix the rebound knob and top cap at around £50 but decided not to as i didn't need to. Now I've stripped the bike and don't need these forks anymore. Happy to ship at buyers expense.

Intense Uzzi VPX Frame only - M - recent rebuild

$300 GBP
Need to get this out of the house so Price Dropped... For sale is my recently rebuilt Intense Uzzi VPX frame in Medium. I bought this as a compete bike, having been told it was a large but it measures up to be a medium. I completely rebuilt the frame and went on 4 trail rides on it but I'm 6'4" so it's just a bit small for me and has to go. The frame was powder coated by ESP powder coating in Glasgow. The colour is as close to original as I could get it. I then replaced all the front triangle bearings ( the rear triangle bearings were fine) and put it back together using new aluminium spacers in all the joints so there's no slack or play. The shock is a Fox DHX 5.0 with pro-pedal and bump and rebound adjust. The spring is 400lbs. The rear dropouts are for a 150 x 12mm wheel. The frame will come with an 1'1/8 Acros reducer headset in good condition (the frame can take 1.5" forks if you like), seat clamp and a cut down seatpost. The only bits to note on this frame are that there is a bit of cable rub on the seatpost and chainstays which I noticed when I striped the frame recently. All have now been helitaped. Also, although I can't see a reason for it, the seatpost I was running wouldn't go in more than about 130mm, although this was no problem for me. The post it comes with drops all the way down. I'm happy to answer any questions and will add some more photos of the frame once it's stripped. Payment via paypal or bank transfer and I'm happy to post at the buyers expense (actual costs charged only).

Hope Pro 2 Evo / Mavic 823 UST Rear 150x12mm

$150 GBP
For sale is my little used Hope / Mavic rear wheel. Selling due to changing my frame and this doesn't fit the width. The hub is a black Hope Pro 2 Evo 150mm x 12mm. The rim is a black Mavic EX823 Disc, tubeless ready. I'm not sure what the spokes are exactly but the spoke tension seems to be good and consistent. As you can see from the freehub the wheel has seen very little use. In fact, I have only used it on 4 trail rides, no downhill (a waste really). Prior to that I don't think it had seen much use at all. The bearings in the hub are still stiff and smooth running. There is as close to no run-out as you will get on a used wheel and there is nothing more than superficial scratches to the edge of the rim on one side, the worst of which I have shown in the photos. I'm happy to answer any questions or arrange viewings. Payment by paypal or bank transfer and shipping can be arranged at the buyers expense (costs charged only).
