Voted for the Cottage Grove Bike Park in MN. That project is an amazing example of how a community can come together to make things happen. The City of Cottage Grove is huge supporter of the project, and the surrounding bike community has really stepped up to make sure everything is done right. This park is going to be incredible when it is completed. Cottage Grove still needs your help to reach the finish line. Please show support for the MN riding scene by voting for the Cottage Grove Bike Park! Thanks.

Vote for Cottage Grove Bike Park! I've helped build and ride there and it's sick and could be even sicker!

Here's a video that a lot of the above footage came from:

 Go vote Cottage Grove, MN!!

Vote for Indiana, give some love to those who have no elevation. We have zero trails with any kind of jumps.
  • 1 0
i am from Indiana originally. there are no hills there except for brown county park which would be the most amazing place ever to ride in the fall.
Although i now live on the central coast of Cali with some of the best riding in the state with endless climbing opportunities so i can "enduro downhill".

HMBA has done an awesome job on the current trails in Brown County. There just aren't any jumps or banked turns, or anything of the sort. People look at me odd when I show up with my Giant Reign X with a Totem. They are just baffled beyond belief. A flow type trail would be awesome. I've ridden out in CO, and it is truly an awesome place but damn, I'd like to see IN win!

Cottage grove!!!! There are really no good dirt jump spots in Minnesota (and the upper Midwest for that matter). We are starting to make traction in the gravity dept with spirit mountain, but that is it! We need a dirt jump spot! And other types of riding than xc.

Vote for Cottage Grove! This will help us out greatly! Starting out mountain biking a few years ago with XC riding and have now started to get into DH and DJ riding, this place offers a great central location for riders of all ages!! I have ridden what has been completed and have helped out a bit in building and plan to help out as much as I can this summer and this Grant will help push this major project one step closer to being finished and open for the public to ride!!

www.youtube.com/watch?v=EJLkOKe6FcU Here's some footage from the first day of building last year. It is a massive project an we could really use your support! If you compare this video to the video made by Bell Helmets, you can see what the local volunteers have put into this park and can see what this means to the community!!!

Bell's marketing campaign worked, I recently ordered a Bell Full-9 instead of a TLD D3. Its great to see bike companies supporting local trail systems. Andres has a lot of potential, more jumps there or the flow trail at Brown county would make me happy if it is anything like the jump trails at copper harbor. Hopefully one day there will be as many jumps at Andres as they have at Cottage Grove.

Minnesota lost last year's Bell Built grant for a flow trail project...LET'S GET IT DONE THIS YEAR AND BRING HOME A FIRST CLASS RIDING FACILITY! VOTE COTTAGE GROVE!

Andres Park is a killer place to ride near Chicago, which is super rare. The terrain is awesome, it's in a town with a small town feel, and is actually in the middle of a neighborhood (you should see how many kids ride there). Totally deserves a vote from ya. NEED Chicago to jump up and support this park. It's an effort by bikers AND by the community. www.andrespark.org.

Why do you all vote for a bike park. If there is a bike park they are already ahead of most other places lets build some fun trails In places that need fun trails like brown counties Hobbs hollow trail. There are no good jumpy Dh trails any where near as long as the proposed plan within at least 400 miles so please vote Hobbs hollow

 Go Cottage Grove!

Vote Cottage Grove Bike Park!! So much potential with this place

Brown county is a flippin hoot, throw a vote to an already good trail system. A flow trail there would be amazing.
  • 2 1
Where's the love for Durango? Wink Given the number of people and tourists that use the trails here we could definitely reach a huge number of people with the grant!

Did you watch the video? Their plan seems totally unambitious compared to Cottage Grove and I live in CO. They want $33k to build a pump track? Da fuq?
  • 2 0
Why bother with a pump track when you have this to ride: www.pinkbike.com/news/Video-Big-Mountain-Enduro-4-Durango-Full-Race-Recap.html
  • 1 0
there will be more than a pump track sorry the video is poorly made
  • 3 0
Thanks StevenDukes! our project is ambitious and totally unique to our state! Also totally grass roots! We want to use the money to build a 1 acre dirt jump plaza. Hopefully it will help build the scene in MN and produce the next generation of rippers and pinkbike followers!
  • 3 0
Agreed! There is very little good riding in mn compared to co. We need this opportunity!!!

Cottage Grove Minnesota! it has such potential... toss it a vote!
