Cannondale traditionally differs from most bicycle makers in that they designate their frames in inches as measured from the centre of the bottom bracket perpendicularly to the centre of the top tube rather than use the nominal seat tube length. As such, this bicycle has a 21-inch frame and first two digits of the serial number on the frame are “21”.
