And as such won't bend at the thought of a rock looking at it! It comes with 2 new mounting bolts. So you will be up and running within mins of a potentially ride ending rock strike (and long walk to the car) to the rear mech. This really is one of those spares you can't afford not to carry. I have for sale my girlfriends Santa Cruz Juliana. The bike is in amazing condition due to the little use it has had. The frame was bought as an unbuilt build, due to the original and first owner not getting the bike built due to a falling pregnant not long after buying. We then bought the frame last year. It was then built to the spec found below. It has been ridden approx 7 times! But we've decided that my girlfriend is at a level that is demanding more bike hence upgrading to a new full build bike. Hence why this sadly has to go. We genuinely would not be selling if it wasn't for the upgrade. The bike is awesome super clean with only a few tiny cosmetic marks. The bike as said has a few small cosmetic marks but otherwise is perfect, no play in any of the bushes and no knocks or clunks coming from anything. The drive train runs smoothly again smoothly changing gear exactly as expected. The brakes bite and have the power you expect from Zee brakes. And will come with brand new pads so the new owner won't have to worry about that for a while. Some of the parts have the usual marks as these were brought over from her old hardtail to build the bike. Again these are only cosmetic and don't effect the bike at all. One of the tyres has only had 5 rides. The other 10-15 (again brought over from the hardtail) the wheels have fresh sealant in. It was put in 2 weeks ago prior to a north wales trip. The bike is religiously cleaned post ride. With the drivetrain being cleaned and lubed up. Fork and shock being cleaned and fresh slick grease (build grease for forks and shocks) being applied to stantions to draw out any dirt and lube up seals. The are a couple of tiny negative points and these are - A tiny mark on one of the stantions but it's so small you can hardly see it. But as we all know this doesn't affect the performance and obviously doesn't leak air or oil. The grips are perfectly useable but are slightly on the worn side And that is it! Bar the cosmetic bits already mentioned. So onto the spec 2010 Santa Cruz Juliana in black (essentially a Santa Cruz Superlight) Rock Shox Reba RL 120mm with new un-used poplock Shimano Zee brakes Shimano Zee 10sp rear mech Slx I-specB 10 speed shifter (cleans the bars up beautifully) Slx/XT cassette 11-36t Slx cranks with nearly new hope 30t narrow wide chainring (5 rides on the chain ring) KMC chain (5 rides since new) Thompson dropper post with bar mounted remote Mavic crossmax st wheels (rebuilt 5 rides ago with new genuine Mavic bearings) Maxxis crossmark ust tyres Charge spoon saddle Superstar 50mm stem Superstar bars Superstar grips The bike wants for nothing and is maintained by me meticulously, a qualified cycle mechanic and an aircraft engineer by trade. The new owner will genuinely not need to spend a penny for quite some time and will enjoy the bike from day one. Again thanks for looking. Any questions don't hesitate to ask.
