Photo Epic: Dead Reckoning Iron Pass - Day 4
Can anyone explain how a fat bike would be more use here(judging buy the pictures) than any 'normal' sized bike? Before they were the 'in' thing with hipsters, and people who want to be different and crave the attention it bring, i always believed these were more extreme terrains such as deep and or snow, part of Surelys marketing for these was ride the unridable, although all im seeing is you're more standard tracks?

Oddities from the Pits - Nove Mesto World Cup XC
All the foam does is stop mud getting into crevices and thus adding weight. It's a good addition to any bike regardless of what you ride, I always run a block of fish tank pump filter foam up my forks, through the maxel, and through my cranks. My bike gets cleaned after every ride but it's nice knowing that there is nothing up there.

Best thing about Hs33's is bleeding them with water. It's thinner than royal blood so makes the brake ridiculously snappy. Unfortunately I popped my crossover once, so got the spare out my car and used a river to bleed it!

No need for boosters anymore! The frames now have them built in. Even a good vee brake set up can be just as good. Vee up front Hs33 on the rear I miss the days of monty tar spray
