Fatback Corvus XL 27.5-fat XO1 Eagle Price Drop!

$4500 USD
Up for sale is the nicest fat bike I've ever built or ridden! I used to own a shop where we sold 100's of custom high end fat bikes from Salsa, Surly, Fatback, 9:Zero:7, and others. We've since closed up shop, but this build was my "spare no expenses" ultimate build. I honestly expected to keep it for years, but between work, family, and health issues - it's just not being ridden much at all. Time to let it go to someone that will legitimately use it to its potential. This is the newest/latest generation Fatback Corvus. This frame was redesigned in 2017 with updated geometry. It is built to handle 26x5 tires/rims, OR it handles the 27.5x4.5 setup that I have on it beautifully. It is currently setup with a light/fast rigid carbon fork, but its geometry will handle suspension equally well. Condition is very good - it really only has about 10 rides total on it, and those have been fairly short/mild stuff - I've gotten old, fat, and slow. I wish I had put lots more miles/time on this bike! There are a few very small very minor cosmetic blems in the frame, highlighted in pics - one on the driveside chainstay, which is basically just a chip in the paint...looks like a deep gouge, but it's not - just a minor pain flake-off. The other is a tiny scratch on the headtube from cable rub or a piece of gravel or something. Really no significant wear/tear. This will make an incredible race bike - very light! But it is also very comfortable and would be amazing for non-race adventure rides in the snow or dirt, bikepacking (has good rack mounts/etc if needed), or just general trail riding. Build: Frame/Fork: Fatback Corvus XL. Fork is nearly "uncut" - tons of spacers, room to adjust the fit. Headset: Fatback (FSA I believe) Stem: FSA SL-K aluminum/carbon (with nice color-coordinated lime green accent!) Bar: Thomson Carbon "lo rise" (like a flat bar with a teeny tiny bit of rise, like +5mm) Grips: Race Face Half Nelson (GREEN!) Seatpost: Easton EC-70 carbon, zero setback Seat: Bontrager with kevlar corner protectors and Titanium rails (forget the model, but it is wicked light and fairly comfy) Brakes: SRAM Centerline ULTIMATE (180mm front rotor, rear is a 170mm I think (maybe a 160mm)) Drivetrain: SRAM EAGLE XO1 shifter, rear derailleur, cassette, and chain. Cranks/BB: SRAM Stylo Dub, brand new never ridden. (NOT the Raceface Next SL shown in the pics - those were old ones re-used from a prior build, and had some creaking issues, so I swapped them out prior to selling/listing this bike) Wheels: HED Big Deal Carbon (27.5" diameter), with HED brickhouse carbon shell hubs. Tires: Bontrager Barbegazi 27.5x4.5 - super light, super fast, tubeless Asking price is very reasonable compared to what this cost me to build. Make me an offer. I'd prefer to sell it to a local buyer or regional pickup/meetup. But i can/will ship if needed. -Brian

Price Drop: Trek Farley EX Carbon Custom Build

$4500 USD
This is a dream build bike. Full-tilt, spare no expenses. It's been ridden some, but well cared for by a mechanic/shop owner who really babies his stuff (and has a bunch of bikes, so I don't ride any one bike a whole lot). I'm old, fat, busy with kids and career, so I honestly don't get to ride my bikes much at all - this is not a bike that's been ridden hard at all. It's still on the original chain, brake pads, etc - and all are in good shape with plenty of life left! Build: Farley EX carbon frame Manitou Mastodon Pro fork SRAM XO1 eagle 12 speed drivetrain (XO1 shifter, derailleur, chain, GX Eagle Cassette) - color coordinated RED Raceface Next SL crankset/bb/ring SRAM Guide Ultimate brakes w/180mm rotors KS Lev "stealth" dropper - 150mm drop WTB Volt saddle RED Industry Nine hubs (front and rear) RED Bontrager Wampa carbon rims Maxxis Minion FBF/FBR 27.5x3.8 tires, tubeless Raceface Turbine stem (50mm) Bontrager carbon riser bar (35mm lo rise) Buyer pays shipping, or we could arrange delivery/pickup if you're in the Northeast.

Price Drop: Lauf Carbonara Fat Bike Fork

$590 USD
Nearly brand new Lauf Carbonara fatbike fork. This thing is pretty awesome - nearly as light as the best rigid carbon forks, but with 60mm of "travel" via the composite leaf springs/linkage design. I really like the way this rides, just not using it. I've owned this fork on 2 different bikes, and have found that it is the perfect compromise for a fat bike - not the same thing as hydraulically damped suspension, but it takes the edge off and makes riding chunky/crusty snow (and dirt!) on a fatbike a lot nicer and faster than rigid. Condition is perfect. Includes the Lauf thru-axle (bolt on style). "Regular" spring rate/weight (for riders over 176 lbs according to manufacturer). Buyer pays shipping.

Price Drop: Cannondale Lefty Supermax 29"

$700 USD
Cannondale Lefty Supermax. I purchased this shop in 2013 direct from Cannondale (owned a dealership at that time). I immediately converted it for use on a "conventional" frame (tapered head tube, non-Cannondale). The fork went onto a Santa Cruz Tallboy LTC for 2 seasons of casual/fun/recreational riding in upstate NY. Wasn't abused or ridden a ton - this was one of several nice bikes at the time I was riding in rotation. I then took the fork off and "benched" it for a few seasons. 2 seasons ago, I pulled it out, did a full rebuild (with Mendon CycleSmith). We converted it to slightly longer travel (gets about 140mm now), and also installed the 2spring kit. Pretty much rode it 4 or 5 times, got injured and really busy with family/work, and now I'm selling it. So while it's a few years old - it has a fresh rebuild and not a ton of ride time. This required the steerer tube adapter from Project 321, which is included with this sell price. Also included is the Cannondale Lefty Supermax front hub, which is in good shape. The lower/stanchion guard is there and in good condition. Doesn't need anything to ride and function perfectly. Pictures tell the story, but it's in excellent condition. Buyer pays shipping. -Brian

Straitline AMP pedals, green, like new

$75 USD
Truly almost brand new - these are really nice, top-of-the-line platform pedals, in a sweet "Mean Green" anodized color. Leftover from a custom project build, collecting dust in my spares box. I'd rather have the cash at this point! I'll ship them vis USPS to anywhere in the USA at no extra charge.
