He had a spine surgery some time ago I guess, so he's probably still unable to race... don't know any details though. The track looks sick, 4x never dies!

...and you can call me a paranoic, but why do race reports from best tracks usually get low on the newspage (to be easily overlooked), and this "lamest" tracks gets to the top? Is this done deliberately to damage the view of our sport? *lame = less spectacular, I didn't race there so can't talk about it's difficulty level.

A matter of opinon ;) Being a racer myself, I personally LOVE the idea of a gatestart - one of the most beautiful things in this sport! Holeshot problem should be eliminated by the track itself, just take look at 2012 Willingen finals (you could race head-to-head all the way down to the finish) - . There are some dual-pumptrack chainless races as you described, but still more experienced riders do better at the start ramp. And hardtails are way too much fun for me to get banned! It's so beautiful to see how quickly it accelerates (and pros use them even on tracks as rough as Champery)! ;)
