Revelstoke and Sol Mountain: Alpine Rides of Interior British Columbia's TransCanada Highway - Part 2
I had the pleasure of riding Sol Mtn. mid September this year. Conditions were absolutely fantastic, and I think I had the mountain to myself. Stunning almost begins to describe it. Easily one of the best rides of the season, do yourself a favor and make the trip out. 4x4 is helpful for the road to the lodge, but if you're careful a regular car can handle it just fine assuming its dry.
