Maybe it is the yellow accents, but it looks pinkish fire engine red to me. Probably looks even more pink in person. Love that Sam does this, glad to see it follow to CRC.

NW Cup 3 Course Previews
How did you know? All the trails there are good, I just feel that muffin top lacks the excitement I look for in a DH course and the flow I expect from a "jump line" but maybe I am just doing it wrong.

I get where you are coming from, you know I do, but I am not a fan of muffin top either. If I wasn't broken I would rather go down White Knuckle, it is my favorite part of the whole course. Just made a mistake and went down at the Underworld Cup. That being said I would love the chance to switch it up and ride muffin and try to out pedal my competition, if only I wasn't broken. Still considering making it out there for the camp trip this weekend, but funds are tight after the surgery.

Down by the River
I think there was another water access mtb adventure, maybe with bearclaw? Either way this is a great idea, would love to be able to pull something like that off, looks like all of their gear was legit and well thought out, great photo story.
