This is the main problem I see, Chris has gotten himself a very, very nice position, and is now all about the revenue and the corporate results. He consistently seems to ignore valid queries and just spouts positive PR bullshit.

Yakima Introduces Two New Hitch Racks
@chacou: I posted a picture on Insta of the damage to the bike and specifically mentioned the rack, and a mate replied and tagged Yakima in. They contacted me and asked for more info, after a few conversations they refunded the purchase price and arranged to pick up the rack.

Yup, got my money back for my Hangover rack after it dropped my bike on the freeway due to the shitty design.
Liked a few of its design features but it failed in the most basic of objectives!
