The crew decided to head down to southern Spain - Alicante to get some riding done at 'La Fenasosa' bikepark. The place is pretty unique, it's in the middle of the hills and offers great riding, from technical rocky trails, to smooth trails with big jumps and high speeds.
Riders: Andreu and Lluis Lacondeguy, Nico Vink, Nick Pescetto, Makken and TJ Ellis
Seeing a bmx rider or a motocross rider do some mtb crossover is always nice to see. In a way it helps demonstrate to the masses more or less how awesome mtb is if guys in more popular 2-wheeled sports are always showing up in videos or at races shredding. Just my thoughts on it
It's interesting indeed. I ride Mtb and bmx also (not anywhere near TJ ellis' level of awesomeness) so I know a thing or two about differences in handling. I'm always curious how riding styles and bags of tricks translate from small to big wheels on known (good) riders like TJ. Mostly the fluid style and bike control of bmx riders stays preserved. Hope to see more of that in the future!
TJ rode insane, first time on the dh bike riding real dh trails, he jumped the trail at the end, all the jumps first try. Those jumps are as big as crabapple, but more technical. TJ is no joke!
I was sure I had already seen that fat long air sick line !!!!! It's the same place at the end of the 1st episode of 'This is Peaty' (2013) www.youtube.com/watch?v=S47ZtoUCsFg just crazy
I can't stress how big are those jumps and how gnarly are those lines in person, incredible. Apart from that, am I the only one here that hates the vimeo player?
