Red Bull Rampage 2014: Watch the Finals
I think it was incredible that he just didnt hesitate at all. A lot of people have to stop and roll over stuff or check their brakes. The speed and flow was next level, even if the tricks/technicality wasnt.

Red Bull Rampage 2014: McGarry's Crash
I don't know how many riders have "complained" about a lack of safety features, as that sort of thing isn't reported. But I hope they feel they have the chance to do so. One thing for sure, it definitely isn't "pathetic" to talk about rider safety as a viewer. I'm sure the organisers of the event take it into account but two riders have imploded their wheels now just trying out the jumps and are lucky to have got away as lightly as they have. Its not just the size of the stuff, its how steep and wide landings are and many other factors that have an effect. Just looking at the pictures - more could definitely be done.

Red Bull Rampage 2014: McGarry's Crash
What takes bigger balls, hitting the jumps or saying "no, it's not worth it" ?

Red Bull Rampage 2014: McGarry's Crash
I agree that putting some big old crash mats on the hang up wouldn't be a bad thing, even if its just for practice.

Pinkbike Poll: How Often Do You Service Your Suspension Fork?
My forks are really in need of a service but I cant face spending over £100 to send them off and have it done. If anyone could point me to a tutorial on how to do it yourself I would be really grateful. How different is the process for different forks? How much is the initial cost of all the equipment to do it?
