When the snow melts after a long winter there´s a lot of activity in "Skurva", everyone meets up after work/school to hang out and make the pumptrack rideable again. Getting all the leaves out of the way, rebuilding what was damaged over the winter, and most of all to build new lines. We have been working with this place for the last couple of years, and it has turned out to be one of the most fun riding spots ever. The variety of lines and options in a pump track like this makes sure that it never gets old.
Seeing what we have done this year with our beloved spot, and all the space we have left, and the knowledge that every year it will grow bigger and better, Skurva has a bright future for us to hang, and for the kids to get to know a brand new spot.
We can't wait till springtime when we can pick up the shovels again and start making new lines...
Enough with the helmet comments already.
Thought the side by side packing of the dirt was pretty comical.
I wish people would think before they speak (or type). Spreading stupidity is never a good thing.
I wish people would think a little bit more deeply before they speak (or type).
It's your choice, and obviously more dangerous without protection, but some riders will chose to just chill without a helmet.
However, things can always go wrong, even with a helmet.
I was hanging out with some friends when we decided to do a pump track race last summer, just a fun time for laughs.
Anyways, as I started to drop back in to the mainn track for my last lap, I was hella pinned. I pre mannyed the pump into a tight berm, then at the exact moment I pumped down, my back tire slipped from the force of being pumped into a corner. It was kind of slick that day, and my street bmx tires didn't help. I slammed into the ground with my cheek, and even though I was wearing a crap bucket, I still got a concussion.
Don't just wear a helmet, wear a GOOD helmet.
TL;DR - Stop being a c*nt and accept that theirs a valid reason for people complaining about the lack of helmets.
Although the funny thing is that on this issue speak almost exclusively of representatives of the Anglo-Saxon culture.
No one cares about it except you guys

hopefully this dude with the college degree doesnt get in the way of the fun you guys are able to have with that rad cable cam set-up, now. how would it be patent infringement if the design this guy made, is set up to use a differenet camera, than the one twatterstilskins company made?
OHH, ohh, ohh-can you come to my house!!?
