In 2012 U.S. District Judge Richard Cebull was ordered to 'step down' as a result of forwarding a an off-colour joke involving Barrack Obama. The courts were baffled at his sudden name change, Scott sponsorship, and rising amounts of footage. However, upon reviewing January 12, 2013 Pinkbike coverage, the courts determined that the judge had indeed sufficiently "stepped down", and likely may have also "gone deep".
