Improve Your Body Position 100% in 30 Days Blueprint
To rip faster we can all benefit from xtra training on the side. I used to ride like you......just ride. But since traing I am more dynamic and can choose new way to flow trails better never mind get to the top faster. Embracing information from people that have worked with top riders is a way to aid progression.......if you want to be the best you can be you need an holistic approach:)

2013 Predictions: Matt Wragg's Euro Enduro Edition
Electric bike are maybe good to bring money to the bike industry. But should we not be encouraging people to gradually get a little fitter than giving people the easy lazy option. Riders should earn their pleasures.
Enduro events are for sure the future for the masses.......would love if there was a hardtail category in the events. Hardtails rock!

Love this time the year.......wet trails make rideing soooo much fun. That is if you can ride Glentess where you get hard packed on the way up and loose, muddy and rooty on the down!!

The Argument For Short Travel Bikes - Opinion
I loved my VP Free when I had it but in Scotland there is Fort William and a couple of trails that you need a big big for if you have the ability. Hard Tail riding is where it's at for me....You are much more engaged as a rider. It develops a stronger understanding of line choice, use of body balance and riding relaxed on technical terrain. But each to there own.

Video: Summer Freeriding with Bottle of Lifestyle Crew
Have to say. The use of independent music on Anthill movies have made them. The use of Portishead in the dark moody woods certainly hit the spot for me. Then out in the sunshine the musical vibe was fun and summery, balance was just right for me. But it's in the eye of the beholder, what work for one does not work for all. Quality video:)
