Randoms From the Made Bike Show
Love the nods to Jeff Bottema (fork) and Cook Brothers (stem) on that build.

Video: These Ladies Are Changing the Game By Sending At Hardline
I was very impressed by her riding in this vid. That line choice at 3:00 was ace. Really dig her stand up/straight leg/shoulder up and back style. She has lots of strength - to come a little short on the woods drop and hold it together so nicely - damn. The on-off lily pad style and line was killer too. Big props to Tahnee on that woods drop - sent!

The Oceanian Bike Project: Bamboo Handlebars, Gearbox Frames, & More
@cxpracing: NOS Brackens would be a big want for some collectors I'm sure! Thanks for the info on the Goose - Eric Rupe is another legend

The Oceanian Bike Project: Bamboo Handlebars, Gearbox Frames, & More
The loop tail (and non-gusset) Mongoose with UNI seat and CW bars (and a dk stem?) are worth the stand alone pic but no love for the Brackens frameset? It has a very unique CS to BB junction and was run by "The Human Dragster" who was a legend in 80's era BMX. It might be even more rare than the Laher. Side note EC rode for Brackens in the very early 90's.

Video: Joey Gough's 2022 Highlights
@aaronjib - She and a couple of her friends were in the northeast over a decade ago (long ago she was still on a bmx bike) and they stopped by our trails. End of the day I remember saying how her tables were the best during the session and there were more than a few capable NJ/PA trail heads riding. Things like over shooting that gap and making the next one without issue and swapping from one side to the other in a super tight train show how damn good she is. Her helmet cam footage riding DJ trails is a treat - always the perfect whip/fold and knifes into the landing just right.

Truckworx - Crankworx Whistler 2022
@MKIIISUPRA: Great build! Done just right IMO  I learned to drive on my dad's K20 GMC and Chevy plow trucks and will always have a soft spot for them. Crazy the down votes you got above. That old Chevy gets 20 MPG and can be rebuilt every few hundred thousand miles with products built in North America so how is that "worse for the environment and that's your MO" smh. And with that GM body on frame platform you could add a hybrid power supply or a more efficient engine down the road. I'd like to see all the stuff the downvoters buy from Amazon and toss when it breaks.

Truckworx - Crankworx Whistler 2022
@chacou: Ours had 250k on the odo when we sold it and it still felt strong. Just need to swap the rusty stock bed for a flat bed and fix some cab rust but too many other projects. I feel like people have figured out the issues with 6.0's and they can be made to be powerful and long lasting now. Wish the Excursion was still an option from Ford!

Truckworx - Crankworx Whistler 2022
Some great rigs but that OBS 7.3 is a total gem (we had a 7.3 PSD cab and half F250). The front end difference between the square body K20 and the big 6.7 stood right out - it looks like the Warn 8274 was used last week while the Ford's winch line doesn't look like it was unspooled yet. I would say the Ford drives much better but truth be told the Chevy's tire wear looks more even. Smart traveler move is that F-450 ambulance. I'm guessing it goes down the road very well, has ample power/storage/living area and can be easily serviced in any part of North America. A local riding buddy got a Econoline like the Eagle 5 but with blue accents last year. He brought it up to Mtn Creek last fall and the temps dropped so low one night he had to go to Walmart and get a space heater. Other than that he said it was great to sleep in lol

Crust Launches Dirt Jump Bike Made by Frank the Welder
Race Inc, SE PK Ripper, and Normura to name a few were aluminum and have deep roots in BMX. I prefer steel for my DJ frame (DefCon4 / Dutch Bikes built) but done correctly aluminum will work very well too.

Catching Up with 10 Red Bull Formation 2022 Diggers
@DirkMcClerkin: a lot depends on location, type of trail and material. Flat shovels are king for our crew and have been for years (Craftsmen is the brand of choice) but we farm NJ clay and usually build dirt jump style stuff. For the singletrack shit I've been working on with a layer of thick organic it's been the spade for rough out and then the flat to give the final course. But a pick axe is always nice to have and is a must have for one of our dirt jump spots with clay that hardens to concrete levels! And leaf and steel rakes are really nice to have for both singletrack and DJ building.
