Hope's Wild HB.211 Enduro Bike - Sea Otter 2016
Glad someone has said this. This is a concept bike. Like how car manufacturers show things at Detroit and Geneva. They think, what would be awesome to make/use and they show off their ideas. That's what hope has done and i thoroughly commend them for it, we need more sensible concept bikes.

Boutique brand from Germany, similar style bike to a Nukeproof Mega in that its rideable all day but loves descents. Solid frame, stiff as hell, superb suspension - sensitive to start to suck up the roots and rocks and then nice and progressive. Short chainstays so it’s really playful. Due to the stiffness and how well sealed the bearings are the last problems you’ll ever have with the bike is with the frame. Love it. Build weight with a reverb and single ply tubeless is about 32.5lbs Pike RCT3 160 Hope Pro II / stans flow Slx brakes SLX cranks with Absolute Black oval ring Zee rear mech, xt shifter 11-36 cassette Nukeproof warhead bars 760mm Raceface 60mm Stem Magic Mary front, Hans Dampf rear No pedals supplied I've used this as an enduro race bike / miniDH and alps trip bike, always said that although the frame is on the weighty side the only reason I’d sell would be for a lighter version of the same bike. Well a 27.5 lighter version has come out so I'm moving on up. Mark on stanchion is visible but is smooth, not a gouge and the rear wheel has been running smoothly with the cracked eyelet for over a year now. New brake pads at both ends, brakes bled recently.

165” Stanton slackline 631 in Blue 140mm Sektor RL forks Stans Arch EX on blue hope pro 2 hubs setup tubeless SLX crankset with 34T narrow wide SLX rear mech and shifter XT Brakes Easton Havoc Carbon Bars 750mm 50mm stem 125mm reverb Charge saddle Rear axle is 10mm bolth through with QR. Hans dampf and rock razor tyres No pedals supplied. Superb bike both in looks and ability. I just don't ride it anymore. A few scratches from cable rub and on the top tube where it was lent against a post and slid down. Brakes recently bled, headset serviced. Yes it will come with chain and grips! Just took them off for swapping bars and cleaning and then in a hurry to take pics while there was still sun!

Enduro vs Trailbike: Marriage and Divorce - Opinion
I've got a transition scout and will be replacing my Last Herb 160 with a Last Coal so I'm in the same boat as you rich. The local tamer trails get the scout but if I want something bigger hitting the Coal should be able to handle almost anything I throw at it.
