Comes with Cane Creek SII headset, 1 1/8th headset adaptor (+/- 1 deg) and spare drop outs.
Frame has been used but has only a couple of tiny marks. Its been Heli taped in all the right places as per pics.

Very inspirational and a flippin nice bike, considering sometimes home made bikes look "home made" whereas this looks the dawgs danglers.
On top of that they manage an awesome video as well.
