i dont work on bikes alot and dont know alot about workin on em. my brakes give out like halfway thru a run. i have to squeeze them multiple times to get them back to normal. do i need more fluid in them?
You need a bleed for sure. Probably new pads too. A solid bleed will make your brakes work way better and you'll have more control and possibly get more power out of them. Avid brakes are fairly easy to bleed at home but if you don't have a bleed kit a shop will be able to do it cheaper than buying the kit and doing it yourself.
no worries, man. if you decide to do it yourself, avid has a juicy-specific bleed procedure video on youtube. makes it super simple and almost fool-proof.
Needs a bleed for sure. But since you are running juicy 3s just get new brakes haha. If they've never been bled before you probably need new internal seals too since they are most likely shredded by now
what brakes are you running? and yea dude they have some mad air in them. lol if your pads are worn and you flip your bike upside down, that (can) lead to air in the line.
