As I scroll down reading these notes it becomes evident to me who new Sam and who did not. I met Sam in helicopter training... We both started around the same time and as i was struggeling with the controles and attempting to hover, Sam was flying circles around me and hovering as if he was in a still frame picture. As talented as Sam was it occured to me very quickly that he marched to the beat of his own drum and that was somthing i admired about him. Everyone and anyone has there opinion about Sams actions but if you ask me i think Sam did not make his decisions on the money to be made nor the consequences. I think Sam figured he would Smuggle 350lbs of the worlds finest green across arguably the worlds most well gaurded boarder, on a rainy night in a helicopter that he had never flown for the thrill, and that is truly amazing! Say what you will about this tadgaty, I just Hope that Sam relized the positive effect he had on everyone that had the plesure to meet him RIP SAMMY B ... DMAC
