Seven Cycles Mudhoney S (55.5cm)

$3000 USD
The Mudhoney S is Seven’s cyclocross frame, but I had them add titanium S&S couplers so the frame can split for travel, and horizontal dropouts to make it easy to run the bike as a singlespeed. It is currently setup 2x10 with American Classic Hurricane wheels and big tubeless tires for mixed terrain riding on New England’s rocky, rooty trails. The bike is in good shape, but has a few scuffs and scrapes on the non-titanium parts. Key measurements and full specs are below. I’ve also got an optional lighter wheelset, and both hard and soft travel cases available. Happy to answer questions or send more photos. Specialized Fatboy Expert with upgrades (medium)

$1200 USD
Great deal for your first fatbike (or an upgrade from an inexpensive tank). Lightweight aluminum frame with carbon fork. Much lighter than most fatbikes, about 30lbs as-is, with some nice upgrades. See factory specs at: https://www.specialized.com/us/en/fatboy-expert/p/65550 I've upgraded the bike as follows: 1x10 12-42 drivetrain XT cassette OneUp Components 16t/42t cogs OneUp Components 30T Traction chainring SRAM X9 trigger shifter ODI Ruffian lock-on grips Beaver Guard mudguards Also swapped out stem for fit To do the 1x upgrade, I removed the original chainrings, front derailleur, and both GripShift shifters. If you want the parts, I'll throw them in for free. Tires are original Ground Controls but barely used (still have "whiskers") since I used other tires. The wheels are stock and currently use tubes, but I was able to set them up tubeless in the past using FattyStrippers. There are cheap plastic pedals on it for test riding, but pedals are not included. Bike shows usual wear from cable rub and use. Only real scratches are inside the left chainstay and not visible with the wheel on. Local pickup in preferred, but willing to meet up in Metro Boston area.

Pivot 429 Carbon, medium (with upgrades)

$3750 USD
ASKING PRICE REDUCED! This is the original 429 Carbon, from the first year Pivot made them. It's a great XC bike and I've really enjoyed riding it all over New England and elsewhere. I've invested about $7500 in the bike. I installed a KS Lev dropper post when I got the bike, and upgraded to the Southpaw lever in summer 2016. Also in summer 2016, I upgraded the drive train to 1x10, with a brand new XT cassette, OneUp 42t and 16t cogs, OneUp 30t chainring, new XT derailleur with OneUp RADr cage upgrade for better shifting. Finally, in late 2016, I added a set of tubeless Ibis 928 carbon wheels with the upgraded DT Swiss 350 rear hub with 52t star ratchet for near instant engagement (stock ratchet is only 18t), XT IceTech rotors, and less than 10 rides on them! Other components: Fox 32 Float 29 CTD fork Fox Factory Series Float CTD shock with Kashima coating Shimano XT rear shifter Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes and levers Shimano XT crankset Maxxis Ardent EXO TR tubeless tires (2.40 and 2.25) FSA aluminum stem and bars ODI Ruffian lock-on grips (easily replaceable) WTB saddle I will throw in the XT front shifter and front derailleur, and the chainrings and cogs I removed for the 1x10 setup in case you want to go back to 2x10. I also have the stock DT Swiss wheelset with 350 hubs and 18t star ratchet, setup tubeless. Available separately for $200. Complete bike with DT Swiss wheels instead of Ibis wheels: $3000. Bike has typical wear from cable rub. Only notable scratches are in the last three photos: front of bars, left chainstay, and ends of the crank arms. Note: The fork and the shock both need to be overhauled. The price I'm asking is already discounted by $500 to account for the needed maintenance. Everything else on the bike works great. Local pickup preferred, but can have my shop box and ship within USA at buyer's expense.

Specialized Epic Marathon (medium)

$700 USD
ASKING PRICE REDUCED! This was Specialized's next-from-the-top XC race rig in 2004 (second only to S-Works model). It features inertial valves on the fork and shock, so it rides like a hardtail, with virtually no pedal-induced suspension movement, until it hits something, then the suspension goes active - so it climbs like a mountain goat. You can dial in whatever bump threshold you want for the fork and shock to go active, based on terrain and your preferences. Well-maintained, the usual scratches and wear from use. Everything is working well. Brand new chain and brake pads. Stock specs listed below. Upgrades from stock: Thomson Elite stem, PUSH rebuild on fork, Kenda Nevegal 26x2.35 tires, ODI lock-on grips. Fork and shock manuals included. Pedals NOT included (I've got Specialized Bennies flat pedals available for $25) Studded tires available: Suomi (Nokian) Hakka WXC 300 tires 26x2.2. With 300 studs, these things stick to ice like glue. Only used a few times. $100 Will ship in continental USA at buyer's expense via ShipBikes.com.
