Rode MTB for 15+ Years, BMX for 5 and have had the last 2 years with NO BIKE! Just got a Canyon and it's awesome straight out the box, don't know how i lived without a bike.

Ask Pinkbike - New Brake Pads and All Mountain Flat Pedals
The bearings on spikes aren't too good, i killed one after submerging it in a river briefly...it started bleeding rusty liquid after a few days and died a week or so later. Won't be replacing it.
