STET, the Trail Boss isn't meant to replace what you just described - although it is up to the task. It's designed for trailwork on the go or maintenance mid-hike or mid-ride. For bigger build projects, any serious trailbuilder has a tool cache at their work zone. I've had my Trail Boss for 2 years and it's taken plenty of rock strikes and abuse. It's versatility with 7 different heads is also a big plus.....I can carry my tool with a couple of heads easily in my pack. Cheers, EB

Weird....how do you know Brit's not hot? Ooh, and how does that relate to a mt. bike video in any way?

Crankworx Unveils 2014 Enduro Course
Whistler locals refer to them as "punchy" climbs, Matt. ha! I have to say that I agree this is gonna be very hard for many of the amateurs. Sure, this ain't no samurai of singletrack day, but the first 4 stages are gonna be a f'ing ass kicker and then they'll have to do TOW.....what?!?

Rest In Peace: Matt Klee
Miff, I know the trail as well and while I ride those rock faces moderately fast, but I've ridden them with folks that jump into them with a ton of speed. A good buddy had a weird pedal grab and broke his back on one of them several years ago (total fluke), so we can't really speculate on what happened here. RIP, Matt. Hood River is a better place because of you. My sincere condolences to your wife, family and friends.
