At the Trailhead we believe that a bikes geometry is equally as important if not more than its suspension travel. To test this theory we took Orange's short travel 29er into the hills for a shakedown. The Segment is a silent assassin, with 110mm rear wheel travel, which lot of people overlook. We instead focused on the 67.5' head angle, 589 top tube & took it down the steepest trails we could find. It climbed like a XC whippet & descended like a full blown 'duro machine. Three different riders from different disciplines all came back with a big old grin on their faces. We like.
